Defensive tackle visits UT again

Thanks for the Update...this kid is a beast in the weight room apparently! Of course there's always been stories and video's of weight room warriors that ultimately didn't amount to the same expectations on the field...we could name a few at UT past and present....but will abstain. Regardless this video is amazing, Rod is only 15 in this clip!!!

Im sure if our S&C coach saw this he'd probably go nuts....sure fire way to an ACL injury is overlifting the quads.... much less any other injury when doing 900plus on the sled.. eehhhh. I know that the incline sled isn't the same as a squat....but still you know what Im saying.

Hopefully this kid has chilled out since then and is lifting / training properly.

Seems like a great kid, and has some nice video on the field too.... Will be interesting to see who else they go after = actually sign=

That's interesting... What about Toby Johnson from Hutchinson Kansas? I read the recent article on his visit.... does he project as a big DE type in the 3-4 like Sentimore? Or has he said he's looking at NT as well?
