Top247 quarterback Joshua Dobbs of Alpharetta (Ga.) High School signed with Tennessee on Wednesday, switching from Arizona State to the Vols on National Signing Day.
New UT coach Butch Jones said he and his staff were thrilled to be able to sign two quarterbacks in their 2013 class, including the signing-day addition of Joshua Dobbs.
