The only problem with that is that UT would have to give up the opportunity of having a true home game to do that. I'm not sure that the money you lose is worth any gain in recruiting, mostly because it would be hard to quanitfy.
Maybe UT could start playing Arkansas or Missouri there as a neutral site game, but unless you picked another regional power, the odds of selling out the Forum are pretty low being so far away from home.

I went there as well...though more than a couple of years ago...and can confirm the minuteness of the gym. i'm also not sure the fan base is big enough to make a dent in the Forum.

I do love the idea of playing Arkansas there maybe every third year rotating with a home and away, and Missouri each year alternating which team gives up the home game. Economically this may not be viable but it seems fun.
