Three-star athlete Marcus Ball of Westerville (Ohio) South High School, who claims more than 20 scholarship offers, has been committed to Wisconsin for more than a month.
A three-star athlete from Westerville, Ohio, who's currently committed to Wisconsin says he plans to visit Tennessee after receiving an offer from the Vols on Wednesday.
