Junior safety Elliot Berry of Creekside High School in Fairburn, Ga., already claims seven early offers, including one from Tennessee.

ATLANTA — Elliot Berry, one of the twin brothers of former Tennessee safety Eric Berry, says he already has been in contact with new Vols coach Butch Jones' staff.

No, I don't think it's anything like that. I'm just not sure they're quite the elite, five-star type of athlete Eric was. Don't get me wrong — they're still very, very good players — but Eric was just a rare talent.

I guess I just assumed they were great when Eric had said that his brothers were better than he was at their age. But I agree Eric was a special talent so you would have to be elite to be better players than he was

I want all Vol fans to know that we must give Coach Jones a chance to get a good feel for big orange football.I think considering all the things our team has been through over the last 3 years, and all the coaches we have seen come and go, I really believe Coach Jones gets it, and his progress has just about been miraculous. And that is something everyone in Big Orange Country can use right now.
