Agree. +1. The new facilities are going to really impress a lot of recruits this year as the projects finish up. What is really good right now is going to blow some of these kids minds this recruiting cycle.

He's 17 or so. The past 4-7 years since he's been paying close attention to college ball, he's liked the home team and probably not seen or heard much about Tennessee. Football's not nearly as big a deal in S. Cal as it is in TN. In the fall in E.TN, the only thing you hear is UT football (and very little of even the Titans). In CA, it's a different culture. College football competes with tons of other things for attention.
We need to get this kid on campus for a home-game weekend and show him what UT football is in Knoxville: give him a feel for what it means to play pigskin down South. Completely different world. Given he'd be at the center of that world, he'd likely be interested.

I know we're Tennessee and all but not everyone in California and along the west coast keep up with Tennessee Sports. My God people stop getting so sensitive at least the kid has us in his radar. We haven't won a National Championship since 98. To him its up and coming.
