247 Sports Customer Service.....help!

  • Anyone have trouble getting these guys to respond to you? I hate it when companies hide behind e-mail with no phone number to talk to a live person. I'm trying to get help with a credit request and, surprise....my e-mails are being ignored. Anyone at 247Sports there?

    Did you email support@247sports.com or another address? If you tried that address, sorry for the delay. Not sure what the problem might be.

  • I contacted Kevin with an issue this morning, and he got back to me within 10 minutes. My problem was fixed in just a few minutes. They do a great job.

I am disabled, and have recently spent considerable tim in and out of the hosp. my account became delinquent and my service was stopped. i now have my visa and also mastercard brought current, and I am eager to get my account back up and going. if someone could please contact me, I would greatly appreciate it.   • to Wes and staff, yes Wes. I was helped out within 30 minutes or less from time of post. that meant alot to me. having surgery on blocked artery in left leg in a couple weeks. I hope that will help out some issues that have been going on. Again, appreciate your concern, Wes. GOVOLS247!!!
