We definitely don't need a "win at all costs" coach. We need one who will continue to build on the solid foundation laid by CDD and his staff. CDD has restored dignity and respect to the program. Now we need someone who can build on that and restore a winning attitude at the same time.

Petrino should be given the opportunity to turn down our job. Players and their families are worldly enough to realize that they are not signing with a pastor, but with someone they hope can prepare junior for the NFL and win football games. The character issue is only a problem if you don't win. I am not concerned about the negative press we may receive. Tennessee has be viewed as an outlaw program for many years and probably deserves the rap. The SEC is a win first and expain later league.

Not got a lot of money, but a Petrino hire will turn me away for good, Can't support a team with a coach like that. Think of the message that sends to our young men and women. Lie, cheat, and all else that goes along with it, and get rewarded with a multi-million dollar contract. No thanks!
