Pull the name out of his arse he did, and made it sound legit. Just because you all wanted to believe it so bad. Sorry to point this out, and I do hope that you guys find the right guy to take your program forward. Go Vols!

  • Another thing Gruden may come here hope he does for sure, but this guy is jerking everyone off. Sal will not be in charge of the defense for sure..this board is funny 2 weeks ago it was the dooliest loving board on the planet and now it is following other fools off the cliff..I think Gruden is next hc at Tennessee but the 6 post guy is taking people for a ride.

  • just to repeat what i was told by the mother of a walk on player on the team.she told me that the rumor going around the team is that gruden is a done deal and all of this is window dressing until they make formal announcement.she said her son said to expect to hear something on or just prior to sec championship game.what she didnt know was who or where the team heard this.could it be that they are just going by what they read on internet ?i suppose so but i hope that they maybe they know more than most.guess only time will tell.

    hmmmm, sounds like it COULD be legit, but I have a feeling if this was the case that it would have leaked to W/R/K by one of their sources.

    I'm still of the opinion that IF ADDH has his man, he's the only one at the moment who knows.

    Chris, they most likely heard that from the internet just like us. Can't imagine that would be information shared with players beforehand.

Janet said Cindy is so excited that Jon has officially agreed to the deal with the Vols. She wanted to be in Knoxville this week for the announcement but the kids have school; which they will stay at until the Christmas break. Yes, the announcement is happening this week according to Cindy and she is oozing with excitement. Again, congrats I think you'll love them; they are TN through and through!

  • Okay Vols fans, I'm sure you're a bit disappointed but don't hold your heads low the good news is still coming. Cindy said some stuff still needed to be worked out with his endorsement deals with Hooters and Corona before he could officially be hired by UT, "lawyer stuff" is what she said. Cindy wasn't too disappointed because she wouldn't be able to move the family until after the kids get out of school which is on the 14th. The hire is going to happen and she's not wavering one bit so keep your heads up!
