Any good reason why CBJ wouldn't be recruiting this kid. Doesn't make good sense to me why they wouldn't at least be keeping in contact with a recruit that has them so high on his list to begin with. Doesn't seem like they'd have to commit a ton of time to him either.

The tone I took away from this article is that the kid feels dissed and we are in deep trouble with him. I think not retaining a guy like Pittman is going to hurt us in the short term and maybe in the long term. I don't know squat about Mahoney and his credentials as a coach and recruiter. The dynamic between Pittman and our current OL may be a problem for Mahoney but I really hope not. Have you heard anything Ryan?
