Cleared history and cookies and it went away dont know if thats why but it worked

I got it to...same as the screenshot from above. It seems to be covering the top posts...went to desktop version and it doesnt show up

This ad is terrible. Renders the site mostly unusable. Had to refresh 12 times to be able to send this.
