Anyone remember Pearl firing Chuck Benson?

  • Pearl fired chuck benson when he got the tenn job. For those who dont know, chuck's dad started the Tenn Travlers AAU program and thats who all the stud players in tenn used to play for (may be different now).

    People lost their stuff when pearl did that. How could he, what a moron, etc.

    We need to let Butch do his thing and we'll see what happens. If it doesnt work, he'll get canned in 3 years.

  • benson cost us jamont gordon when he used the last in home visit before pearl got in and got settled. So when pearl went to visit Tyler smith Gordon got his feelings hurt when Pearl didn't visit him. benson thought he was indispensable and Pearl obviously thought otherwise. I'd say Pearl was right.
