I hate to say this, but no. If we win the Florida game, you will most likely see us in the top 25. When we were really good, it was hard for the media to say so.

Depends on how many Top 25 teams lose. If it's just Boise, maybe not.

Boise is out. Stanford just almost lost to SJState, so they're probably out. NC-State was borderline and we hosed them, so if the right pieces fall into place I can totally see it happening. If not this week, next week for sure. While other teams will be playing actually opponents, and some no doubt getting upset/blown out, we'll be putting up big stats against Georgia State. The Tennessee-Florida game should be a real treat.

I don't want it to happen till Tennessee actually beats Florida. Teams shouldn't be ranked till after the 4th game of the season anyways...

I believe we can .... nc state was a top thirty team to most and we beat them by two touchdowns so it wouldn't surprise but I think . Some more will have to lose first. We got votes in the coaches poll so we weren't far out it

We don't get respect from the national media at all and one game won't change that. I don't think we make it yet.

You can't tell me they were unproven my gosh give this team some credit for once for one I don't care of we're ranked but I know we will have a great year and this isn't like last year at all so come on man nc state is a damn good team

Agreed!! NC St was & is a pretty good acc team! They will do fine this yr with that QB! He is really good!
I was more impressed with our D adjustment after we got torched on a few plays n the 1st Q. We have some playmakers in the D backfield.

We don't know that. We don't even know if we are any good. Time will tell but being in the top 25 will mean a lot more in a few weeks than it will next week so I'm not too concerned about it either way

not yet, but we are definately close- maybe if some teams lose this week and next we'll be ranked for the Florida game....TV network would love that!

Oh, man. NC St better than Florida? I would NEVER make that assumption, just because of the massive gap in athletes on the rosters.
NC St might end up with more wins, but that doesn't mean they'd beat Florida heads up.
