If that is what Fulmer wants to do, best of luck to him. Perhaps ETSU administration will not raise academic requirements higher than the NCAA, or their competition/conference, then fire him when the best recruits can't get in and/or sensibly go elsewhere to avoid the possibility of being made "artificially" academically ineligible (because of those new rules).
