As I Vikings fan, I am in total disbelief right now. The Vikings' play-calling on 3rd and short is MUCH WORSE than the Vols ever thought about.
3rd and 2 inside the red zone, with the #1 RB in the League, and they let Ponder, not a Manning or Brady, but Ponder throw the ball twice!
Peterson had been pounding off runs of 4.5. 10. 12 yards, and yet they put the ball in the hands of Ponder!
Sorry guys, just had to let off a little steam.

Well, my team, the Dolphins, just won today by some miracle, but if you look at our record as a franchise post-Marino and Shula, it's been horrendous, so I'm equal parts "cry me a river" and "I feel your pain."
Edit: I'm not a Vikes fan, but it sure seems Ponder has been, ahem, "distracted" by current babe-friend Samantha Steele.

I'm a Panthers fan, too. Gloom, despair and agony this football season.
If I may make a suggestion, swap sports and support the Memphis Grizzlies. They're all I have right now.
Unfortunately I hooked my NBA wagon to the Bobcats. Man my Pro teams Suck! On one good note growing up playing basketball in ACC land I do pull for the Heels. My college teams are at least viable at times.
