You will almost never see the AJ Constipation say anything good about UT recruiting.

I wasn't too troubled about the Lawson section. It seemed to focus more on Auburn getting Rodney Garner, who had passed on Lawson while he was at Georgia, which seems to stick in Lawson's craw a bit. It seemed to imply that Garner being there made it more unlikely Lawson would stick with Auburn.

RTTT is right that Bell gushed about Saban. Carvell also quoted Bell on a misspeak -- he called our coach Butch Davis before quickly correcting himself. That,s probably not a good sign. But he made the point that he had delayed his recruitment to give his childhood favorite a fair chance after the coaching change.

It's like reading tea leaves and is almost impossible to tell where most of these kids stand without observing their body language or watching their faces. I would hate Ryan's job.

Haven't been to optimistic about these 2 guys lately.

The Atl rag is not Vol friendly, that being said, the program has a lot of fence mending to do both in and out of state. We have been an afterthought and the last staff made a tough situation way worse, alienating kids and coaches all over the southeast. Butch is going about it the right way it just might be too late for this years class...won't know until NSD. However, the 2014 class seems to be off to a good start and I haven't heard him complain about being behind and making excuses. He's a blue collar guy with a giant work ethic, he's gonna make Derek doofus look even more foolish.
