The current coaching staff at UT employed the same philosophy at CMU and at Cincy, and the results were very evident. As an example of not doing it the reight way, when Dan Enos took over from Butch Jones as CMU, he tore down posters of alumni, took out all evidence of past teams and alum in the NFL, and did the opposite of what this coaching team did. CMU's alum money dried up, NFLer did not return to the school, and CMU had two miserable seasons and last year squeeked to a 7-6 record. So, the Jones-Azzanni method does pay off. Glad to see it in play here.
