Sounds like he's high on UT.. Would love to see that kid in orange, would be a HUGE pick up. Looks like the 18th is going to be a big weekend for the Vols.. I think we surprise some people with a late recruiting charge! Rise to the top! Go Vols!

Agree with Batman. I like our odds with Bellamy. He and Carl Lawson would be just a fantastic upgrade to our pass rush.

From my prospective, I'd be really surprised if Bellamy signs with Florida State on NSD. I think his relationship with coaches will be the most important factor for who gets his LOI.

like his size on the outside, i wonder what his 40 time is? would he be better to stay smaller and quicker or get to like 250/260 lbs and overwhelm offensive linemen.
Oh i hope he comes to UT btw lol.

We need some big pickups in the last month of recruiting. Sounds very positive and seems to be a GREAT potential to be a VFL!!

This is what I have been saying all along. With the right personality and attitude, coaches can get high caliber kids in these last few weeks, even without a long term relationship. There are enough quality recruits out there who either have not committed, or are waffling, either because of coaching changes or personal reasons. Plenty of time for us to get in with the likes of Bellamy and Lawson and Kamara etc.. Anyone who watched that game last night knows the type of talent it's going to take to get on that level. It starts now. Go get it done!

Jimbo is a heck of a of a recruiter. Would love to see this kid @ UT but it will really difficult to get him out of his FLST committment, IMO.

Even if GA is a real threat, he's coming to UT and will be with the players and the new coaches. That is huge. We have a great chance with Bellamy. Wow what a huge swing it would be to sign Bellamy AND Lawson! Vols!!
