I thought the gators were wearing the clown costumes.

I think that for one game a season, the players should decide on an alternate uniform to wear. As has been previously stated, they bust their tails for not only themselves, but also the University and fan base. Although there is tradition established at UT, they have a part in establishing their own identity/take while they are here. Plus, as aforementioned, uniforms can get players fired up really quick.

I was at a sports store in Kingsport looking at some of the UT gear, I was talking with a man who worked there, I told him how I liked some of the black gear he had at the store. He said his Adidas rep told him Dooley didn't like the black, that he did like gray. He said that CDD wouldnt wear some of the clothes that Adidas gives him to wear on game day, that sometimes he will wear something more his style. ???? Idk if any of this is true, I just thought it was interesting and wanted to pass it along. The man at the store also said we would see a lot more gray with Tennessee orange in the clothing market. He said the Adidas rep did say that black was some of the best selling items, and will continue to market it because it's what sells the best.

heres my take on what should be done is it terrible work yes but its a paint program i dont have photoshop... but you get the point.... i think it keeps it semi traditional with a new edge

I dig it. I'm more of a traditionalist, but don't mind a game every few seasons where they do something out of the ordinary. Like the concept!
