Pay him $3.5-4 million, keep the offensive staff, and let's go to work. Best option in my opinion.

Tee and Strong would flip Hatcher(I believe that is the DE from Louisville area). Would also get us back in with Ramsey.

I believe you guys may be unto something. Keeping the offensive staff in place would bring Koehler here and maybe North. Strong and Tee would probably bring Bell along with Ramsey.
