My friend shared a story he read on one of the other Vols recruiting sites. Thought you all might enjoy it:
(I cannot vouch for the validity of the facts of this story, but here goes nothing)
Butch Jones was spotted at a Nashville area Waffle House the other night by a Volunteer fan, who was eating with his friend. The two approached the head coach, who happily engaged in conversation with the fans and snapped a picture before picking up both of their bill on his way out the door.
If true, what a man of the people. I can't imagine Dooley doing this, let alone being caught in a Waffle House. He probably wouldn't stoop any lower than an IHOP or Country Kitchen Buffet.

Actually, someone told me once that they had spotted Dooley at a Waffle House in Knoxville. I can't say for sure that that's completely true, of course, but maybe Dooley likes hash browns a little more than you might think.

Oh, I know you were kidding. But I actually was surprised to hear myself that Dooley once was spotted at a Waffle House, so thought some of you might find that interesting.
The person who saw him didn't get to hear what his hash-browns order was. ... I know. I was disappointed, too.
