This makes every player accountable too because they know they don't want to be the one in that blue jersey if everyone else is in orange. Also is good motivation for guys you really want to get hard work out of by keeping them in the blue and pushing them super hard to advance to the next color. I love this and everything CBJ has done so far to this point I cant wait for spring prActice to start

I know it has been said by other people in this thread but, I love this idea of accountability and I love the transition that we have had from dooley to bUTch!!! he seems to really buy into what he has here at TN a lot more then the other Guys have!!!
