IMO, as an athlete, I think if a player is slacking it is because they want to any might think no one will notice. I have no issue with this system. The players on this team not giving a full effort should absolutely be called out. It's the players fault if they aren't working hard enough, and so it's their fault they're in the blue jersey. If they're upset about it they should take a long hard look at themselves and fix the problem. Being upset about it will only make the blue jersey more appropriate.

Every job I have had the workers always knew who the slackers were anyway. It's not hard. Only difference is this forces them to get it done.
