I love seeing what he is doing within our own state. If he can sign a majority of the top 10 players in the state he can then flesh out the recruiting classes with national recruits. That starts with rebuilding relationships with every high school coach in TN.

If nothing else, I like how Jones speaks about recruiting. I think he and his staff will be effective in that area. I am interested to see how they can coach. I would like to know what the logic is for hiring Marinez. If I'm not mistaken he was fired from Georgia. What is different about the situation at Tennessee other than we are at rock bottom rather than rocky top?
