Byron Moore- Should be team Captain

He embodies everything that Tennessee is. He loves this place! The passion he shows, how he interacts with fans on twitter. Also all of the hard recruiting he does, this guy tweets recruits, becomes friends with them, texts them. He is most definitely the most underrated asset that we have on this team!!! Also made one heck of a interim coach too!!! GBO!!!

I hope he gets into coaching one day, he would be a fantastic recruiter.

HECK NO! The captain is a guy you look to when things get tough... Moore may not start. He's an average player. AJ Johnson is your captain followed by Mo Couch...

I agree with AJ. But Mo Couch? I would go AJ, Brian Randolph, Tiny Richardson, Jawaun James, Jaques Smith, or Corey Miller before I would say Mo Couch. And I was speaking as to the terms of everything he does for UT, also he is a good player. I think he starts this year and surprises people. I don't think it is a heck no.

I was just speaking defense. And I don't know how you can call any of the players in our secondary even close to good besides Randolph.

I think that AJ is almost too quiet to be a vocal leader, but Mo is great, his love for the team and his enthusiasm is up there with anybody.

My only hesitation to this is he needs to perform on the field equally as well. Hope he is able to do so.

idk he made a ton of great plays in the secondary last year he was a ball hawk we would have been alot worse if we didnt have him in the secondary last year. Hes definitely a leader and a great VFL id definitely make him a captain
