C. Patterson info per tos.

We are told that C.P measured in today at a freakish 6-foot-4, 225 pounds

Yeah, I hope that is good weight. You never know with these college kids, they can ad 20 pounds with just a few weeks off.

I always thought he was closer to 225 than 210. I would imagine he will lose a bit so 225 is ok to start at prior than stepping up to SEC training and a long camp and longer season

Assuming that weight is correct, using the same logic a lot of people used with Jason Croom, doesn't that mean Patterson should be moved to tight end?

Different circumstances completely. Croom is coming from HS, Patterson is not. Croom has had little formal training in comparison to CP. CP is coming off a JUCO track title as well. While its not the SEC CP has played college ball the past two years. And Croom is what 18?

He mentioned in the article from a couple of days ago that he feels good, but "has been a little bit lazy" since school let out. The S&C program should take care of that for him though, here's hoping they will have him on the same regiment that got Da'Rick slimmed down and added quickness...
