To think there wud be no loss of commits when we changed the HC and staff wud be naive. Thus far the repercussions have been minimal. The fact is Carr had always been a little "shaky" with a heavy Ole Miss influence. Think it was Reeves-Maybin who said he'd had numerous schools coming by with the firing of Dooley.
What we better be worried about is can we still close on Von Bell who we need badly (after seeing our 2ndary this year).
Seriously though I think that getting the new staff out there ASAP (if they are as good as billed) might just save this class and possibly give us some recruits we weren't gonna get. The constant bad news on Dooley allowed the competition to gain on UT with these commits AGAIN this year.

A Tn coach could fill a rooster with TN prospects that want to come to TN but only 5-7 would be SEC caliber players. TN is not a hot bed for SEC prospects, if they can sign 5-6 sec quality prospects on average from TN, they will be fortunate each recruiting cycle.
