Oh I love the two guys he is recruiting for us. If he gets us both I don't care what he does on the field, I will enjoy the time he spends at UT either way!

Ryan, did Jason say whether he had told the Bama coaches of this decision as well? I would imagine if he hasn't yet, they are going to have a few things to say to him about this. Think they will keep talking to him all the way to NSD or is it really 100% over?

Big, big piece of the puzzle. We need a guy like Carr for defense. I thought I read somewhere that he was projecting as a DE. True? If so, a 6'6" 270 Freshman DE is scary. If he moves to tackle, then he will probably get up around 300. But at 6'6" he could still be nimble. If this guy is "fast-twitch" and can shed blockers, he is going to be a BEAST!! Welcome Carr!! Vols!!

Gotta give Dooley and staff a little credit on this one guy's I think they were the first to offer him when he was still a 3, but CBJ and staff closed the deal and I don't know if Dooley would have. If he Lawson and Bell come on board Saban will know something's brewing on Rocky Top as clear as the Crystal ball's in his trophy case.

I have to admit I was worried about Carr visiting Alabama last week even though it had been said by JRM that he was solid and not going to flip. But hearing the news of him shutting it down and coming up here this weekend to help recruit Bell has me wondering if that's all he was doing by going to Alabama, recruiting Bell because he new Bell would be there. He could have been in Bells ear all weekend telling him what a great place Tenn was. This may be wishful thinking on my part, but it would be huge if that was the case.
