Sounds like bs to me. Not saying you're making it up, but I'd bet the original post over there was. Never did find it, but there's so much bs floating around there it's hard to believe.

They are looking for a new Chancellor, but reassigning Cheek to UTC would effectively be a demotion, given the relative status of the two campuses.

Yeah, it would. I think Cheek would be a better fit for UTC than UTK though. Not saying it'll happen, but I can definitely see it.

Yep. They've been finding snipes and jackalopes over there since the FL loss, and EVERYBODY had inside information. Same at other nonpay forums.
