I disagree. I think he's smart enough to adapt and tweak his system as needed. It might take a couple years to get the right players and the right fit, but I think he's a great coach.

Belichick thinks differently, he studied and consulted Chip Kelly this past offseason. The NFL is starting to go to more of a Pro Spread Option. Kelly will be just fine.

I think he will do quite well, the Redskins offense is far from a typical pro offense and they just won the NFC East.
