I've never quite bought UGA's inclusion in that list, though that may be evidence of my bias or ignorance more than anything. But I would think that, historically if not otherwise, UT is really a better football job overall.
In fact, the main argument that I ever hear for UGA is recruiting territory, and while valid, I've just never bought that as a prime factor in school prestige.

On another note, for the most part I've always heard UT above UGA. Remner, we have a much more rich tradition. They've been living off Herschel Walker and a NC in 1980 for decades.
We're second in the SEC for wins, winning percentage, SEC championships and claimed national titles.
We're Tennessee. Everyone else is a contender.
Lets get back that way.
