Congrats to Bray

  • I will admitt I've been a Bray basher and haven't always been a fan of his but I just want to give him props on being named SEC Co-offensive player of the week. He played a heck of a game vs Troy.

    The last 2 games definitely. Played unreal vs USC and Troy. I hope he's turning a corner and finally headed in the direction, maturity wise and game-manager wise, that he needs to so he can be as successful as he should.

  • You know, it doesn't seem that long ago that we were watching Sims run for his life behind a bad O-line. We were almost scared to have that skinny little Bray back there. Now...he's about spoiled by our O-line. Almost wish I would see him step into a throw and get popped a little more often. He's going to have to learn to do it if he wants to succeed in the NFL. Anyone else share my opinion? Or am I just that stupid?

    I'm with you. I got bashed for saying I wish Clowney would have popped him once but it would have been good for him. I don't want him hurt but he's going to get hit in the NFL.

    I'll give him credit for the USCjr game, not Troy, even thought we had probably 4 TD drops by our WRs (and Riveria)...

    but still, let's be "real" for a minute, Bray has done great against Non-Conference opponents, other than that, he's not even top 3-4 QBs in the SEC as of right now.
