In the past 9 days other than sleep, eat, , and sex I have done literally nothing, but research, talk about, or text about Tennessee's coaching search. From my far too many hours spent, I would rank the chance of hiring each coach as follows: 60% Fedora, 20% Strong, 10% Gruden, 7% Fisher, 2.95% Other, .05% Butch Jones.
I would be shocked if it was anyone besides Fedora, Strong, or Gruden.
Now let's get this hire over with before we all lose our jobs for lack of productivity!

I completely agree and am good with that list and ranking.
You've been having sex instead of doing research? C'mon man...show some dedication.

I Know, I should be ashamed. I made them quickies though. No foreplay. Lol
What is this foreplay of which you speak?
Fedora and Butch Jones are pretty much the only candidates I don't want.
Jones and Fedora have 1 losing season total between them as HC's, IMO they're as good as most everyone on the list. Obviously Gruden is tops for almost everyone, after that there is a huge drop off in WOW factor.
I hate both of there offenses, and neither have proved to recruit at a high level... I'm not saying they might not be successful, I'm more interested in a defense 1st coach with a strong run game.
Agree that Fedora is up there in % terms. I think Golden is too.
Neither have been in a position to be able to recruit at a high level, but neither had Meyer till he got at Florida.
I hear ya. I more then less want a coach who runs a pro style offense with a tough run game and a good defense. I am sick of the spread no huddle hate watching it.
The word, and I have no sources, I have seen tonight is that Jim Tressel has a lot of smoke blowing around about him landing the UT gig. TIFWIW
Where are you seeing this?
you might want to do a little research on Fedora as a offensive cordinator. Some great numbers and his won lost record as a head coach under the circumstances is pretty good. I am with you on Jones though.
If we were to hire Tressel I think we would've done it after Troy or Mizzou so his suspension could start this year and he'd be able to coach by Oregon game.
Please NO! don't want sweater vest. Couldn't stand to watch if he did win.
