if Mcrae stays out, Stokes is going to have to really carry us in the 2nd half. Really like his game today. Exhibiting a lot of patience and good decision making when he gets the post feed.
..i have to confess though, part of me doesnt want Stokes to improve THAT much over the rest of the season, lest he start thinking NBA..we need him back next year.. i know. selfish. cant help it.
I think he still needs another year. He would have be really dominant down the SEC stretch run I think for him to go pro.
Stokes and Maymon next year... Yikes... Plus you add in Hubbs and hopefully a healthy Golden...
They had to show Spurrier.... Uggghhhhh
i absolutely agree. But it is starting to look like he's really picking up his play. Looks like the lightbulb is finally going on and he's understanding how to defeat the double teams.
Football could use Stokes as a lead blocker in goal line situations.
They just have no answer for Stokes inside. Looks like they are going the hack-a-Shaq route. That is working, so far.
Your team. All the time.
looks like SC is going to employ the "Hack-a-Stokes" strategy for the 2nd half. Stokes needs to drain some FTs.
...quit stealing my lines..!
TN should be up 10-15 points right now.
what am i missing..? spread the floor, dump in to Stokes..! sheesh.
You have to watch Kevin...

Sloppy start to 2ndH allows Gamecocks to take the lead.

UT getting loose with the ball after taking good care of it in the 1stH.
Can anyone remember if a 3 second call has been called this yr.? I sure can't.
GO BIG ORANGE!!!
Not sure why Vols have decided to start trying tough passes. They took good care of the ball in the 1stH, and things looked good.
That was a bizarre sequence.
Can't be stealing them if I use them first.
who is that dude wearing No. 11 in Orange..?
Welcome back, Trae Golden.
Two consecutive and-1's for the Vols PG in his first game back from hamstring injury.
Golden looking OK thus far. Seems to be over the injury.
Golden just playing ball now. Very good to see
Back to back three point plays for Golden. MY MAN!
Butch Jones. Who???
