well, are we gonna keep thinking he's not interested in coaching at the college level or wake up and get serious about getting this big time coach at UT? http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1415211-arkansas-reportedly-makes-contract-offer-to-espn-analyst-jon-gruden
This has Jimmy Sexton written all over it. Hasn't Gruden stated that the only college job he'd be interested in would be Tennessee? If so, then this is a power play by Sexton...and I'm not sure it'll work.

Jim Harris, at Arky sports 360, is reporting the same thing via twitter. https://twitter.com/jimharris360

It's one media source, and I'm not sure it's a credible one. I think we should wait until multiple legitimate media outlets are reporting it before we believe it happened.
I usually pick 4-5 reliable media outlets in each market and watch them. This guy seems like a fringe reporter.
Has leverage play written all over it. I trust what KR told us about Gruden wanting total control over everything in the program. After what Petrino pulled, there is no way Arkansas gives that power to anyone.

I follow a few rules in life...one of the biggest though is never read anything on Bleacher Report.
Unless you're looking for some good toilet material.

Sexton isn't Gruden's agent, right?
Gruden is not going to Arkansas.
You mean Clay Travis is there, too?
If we lose Gruden to another a
NCAA program (and especially an SEC team), Hart should walk immediately.
I was not on the hire Gruden bandwagon until I saw the other candidates. He is the best option by far (with Charlie Strong a distant second).
Gruden's Agent is Bob LaMonte and not Jimmy Sexton.
Plus 1. Bored, post campaign fact checker?
Gruden has stated many times, that there are four programs that really interest him, they are UF, UT, Ohio St., and Notre Dame. I really doubt he goes to Arky, JMO.
Not shocked by this news. I have a friend who's Dad's an Arkansas booster. From what I'm told they're prepared to offer him 6 million/year. Not sure what they'd pay for the assistant staff, though.
Jerry Jones is a Booster and he has some deep pockets and I am sure he would support Arkansas, but on other hand he would rather have Gruden for the Boys
Guys he's not going there this is there attempt to be relevant I mean they got patrino started winning and now they think they are big time sorry u will go back to where u belong which is mediocre just like Vandy will when Franklin leaves.
