This means nothing- a 20 year old drinking- get over it!
I think some people are not understanding that there was two separate incidents - one Monday night which involved beer bottles being thrown from a balcony. These bottles were not necessarily being aimed at vehicles and there were no charges filed, therefore I do not believe property was damaged on Monday. Tuesday afternoon the lady called 911 on Monday night had her windshield shattered while she was home for lunch. This was shortly after Bray and roommate had supposedly been served with eviction notice by apartment complex management, therefore she is blaming one or both of them as breaking windshield in retaliation against her. FWIW, I am hearing that at the time of the incident on Tuesday that Bray was at the football complex, therefore if this is true than he will not be charged. Also, if their were no eyewitnesses or confessions then this will be an impossible case to prosecute.

Where in the world did the supposedly "eviction" come from. Bray was not evicted. Just more rumor run amuck.
Not sure about the eviction but I did read about the rest of that happening
I did not down vote you. But you did ask for it!
I'll hang up and listen.
Quoting from the John Adams article that can be found at:
"Allen said an office manager in the apartment complex told her Bray and Grandinetti had been served with an eviction notice just prior to her arriving home for lunch."
There are reports out that say that Bray has not been evicted, therefore I used the word SUPPOSEDLY....
Good grief, what is with the instantaneous calls for torches and pitchforks when stories like this pop up? What more does Dooley have to do to prove that when discipline is warranted, he metes it out? He will figure out exactly what happened and respond accordingly. Suspending players before all the facts are known is ridiculous and just as unfair to the team as not exercising discipline when it is called for. Dooley will handle what needs to be handled here. Relax and let the process unfold.

Wow I hope none of you are ever in the jury box if I get into trouble. There are conflicting stories and the victim doesn't want to press charges. CDD will still take action, if it is warranted, even if KPD and UT doesn't. He has proven that. Suspension is a bit much for a knuckle head misdemeanor offense, again IF Bray was involved. People are so quick to to judge. Sit back and let the fact finders do their jobs. Sheesh
