I think he would work for 5$ and die trying to make the vols champions
I think he would run it up the middle twice then throw it on 3rd & 9. JMO
Related question I guess. What was the situation around Snyder leaving Kansas State several years ago? Was he fired, was he forced to resign or did he resign on his own free will?
Fulmer was always too afraid to hire quality assistants for the most part (not talking about 3rd and Chavis or Cut). He was afraid they would overshadow him and take his job. If something like Fulmer returning were to happen, he would have to hire some top notch asst. coaches that could recruit.
I don't think Fulmer is the answer, and he's been out too long which would hurt him in recruiting. That said when Fulmer was the HC I always thought the Vols had a fighters chance to win any game they were in. Fulmer got too complacent and it cost him his job. But also at the time he was fired his incoming recruiting class was ranked pretty high.
I still think if Hamilton had got a HC in waiting and put him on staff UT would have been far better for it. Hamilton ran the AD into the ground and that hurt this program more than Fulmer. JMO
