Specifically with their respective specialties. I don't know that Bray is a Cutcliffe type of guy for one thing.
Not coming back
That's not what I was getting at though.
I'd say they're both focused on their current teams, not Tennessee. Considering that neither team plays the Vols this season, it would be a waste of time to be worried about what's happening in Knoxville.
I know if I was Chavis, I'd be wondering what in the heck was wrong with LSU's offense, but really, I'd like to think they both want to see UT doing well as long as it doesn't come at their expense.

I don't know that Bray wouldn't be a Cutcliffe type of guy. I think his personality might have been great for Bray and have been plenty strong enough to "encourage" him to work harder in the film room and he certainly could have managed Bray's personality. Not a knock on Hinshaw but I think if Cut had Bray for three year he would be even better than he is now.
Duke has itself in 2nd in the acc division that's impressive
I agree with that but I think they definitely have an opinion. Not worried but definitely have one.
Yep. Hinshaw is good enough but Cut didn't play. One coaching style isn't necessarily better than another but guaranteed he'd be making a lot more checks by himself.
Cuts done a good job at duke. Id say he's a year or two away from a better job
I think he's a few years from retirement. He's 58 years old and he's very comfortable with who he is and what he has accomplished. I think Duke is his last job.
There's no way either coach has given us a look. Both are working 18 hour days preparing their own teams. You'd have to rehire Coach Fulmer to get either back. Cats out of the bag there.
when did OP say anything about either of them coming back here? He just said that they would probably have an interesting perspective because they would obviously know more than anyone on this site would.
I think coach Cut sees what's going on here and really wants it to get better, and coach Chavis looks up here and laughs because he's in a better situation and knows this program ditched him when we thought we could do better... and were wrong....
