Ryan will North be added to our commit list now?
His interest shows UT as favorite now, but I dont think he gets added until he announces.
Agree...but can one of you mathematically inclined calculate it?
Sorry for the blasphemy, but I haven't been able to look at how 247 calculates rankings, but on Rivals we're ranked 45th right now, if you add North we would bump all the way up to 32nd right behind UNC ironically.
Not high enough, but I'll take it!! Can't wait for next Wednesday to see us jump from 40something to mid-high teens!!! Come on CBJ!!!
Click the i next to team football rankings on this page. It gives you an explanation of how 247 does theirs...
In order to create the most comprehensive Team Recruiting Ranking without any notion of bias, 247Sports Team Recruiting Ranking is solely based on the 247Composite Rating.
They just added him as a commit and we jumped about 10 spots. Went from about 35 up to 27/25 (247/Composite). Holy cow.

"Count it down with me. Five, four, three, two, one.
The national champion is clad in Big Orange!"
Carr is still the highest rated commit.... If Bell and possibly Lawson commits... and maybe Dobbs.... UT could peak really good... It probably wouldn't be top 10 because of the quantity, but it will be close which may be good since it may not be a full class.

I ask my question again, just because I'm really curious.... What is the biggest jump made by a school in say a 7 day period? Better yet, what is the biggest jump made ON NSD??!!!
Tennessee is 25th in the 247 Composite ranking (27th in the 247 rankings) right now...
(Vandy is 32nd in both)

The idiots saying earlier in the year we would finish behind candy are probably crawling under a rock right now

What Vandy doesn't understand is that the recruiting rankings are meaningless in September, it's the day after NSD where it actually counts for something...
Well actually according to the composite, which is what they base the rankings on, North is higher coming in at 90th overall.
I really hate Vandy . . .
"Old School"! A strong defense wins championships!
i noticed also that dylan wiseman went from a 68 two star rating to an 85 three star rating that combined with North bumped it up a bit
