Its not a stupid question until you ask it.
Great write-up Kevin! Really torn on this possibility. The guy is a proven winner and I have always believed that everyone deserves an opportunity to redeem themselves over past mistakes, but this may too soon. Really have mixed emotions. If I wasn't so sick of losing, it would be a no-brainer, but Hart would have to put one hell of a spin on this one.
"Old School"! A strong defense wins championships!

The national champion is clad in Big Orange!"
Love how 247 posts its updates on the coaching search in article format versus having to hunt it down in the message boards amongst all the nonjournalistic rumors.

BUTCH IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. GO VOLS!
Kevin's right. Petrino would be a great value pick given the strains on the athletic budget and I'm sure it's tempting for Hart. Hopefully we get someone else, but if we keep getting turned down, then Petrino may be the guy. If he's hired it comes down to structuring the deal: incentive heavy, morals clause, and big buyout if he bolts for another job in the night.
