With all the bad luck the program has had lately, my kneejerk reaction was that someone is pulling our leg (see what I did there? ), and that I HOPE it's true.
Seeing that it IS apparently true, I'm in danger of moving beyond "cautiously optimistic" to drinking the Kool-Aid again.
