You Have Got To Be Kidding Me!! South College and Tennessee school of Beauty didn't make it either? Hahahajkjkjk
smh Boise has some bad losses and really not any great wins. And La Salle lost to Central freakin Connecticut also got beat by UMASS and Xavier two teams that we beat.

The committee hasn't met yet. That's the only opinion that matters and they value OOC scheduling
I agree. Unless La Salle beats Butler I think we are def in ahead of them and Boise State.
LaSalle and Virginia both lost today
La Salle already lost to Butler by almost 20. It's like Lunardi doesn't even watch the games.
He could very well just be trying to draw interest to the selection show. That's how his employer generates revenue. Good news is that he doesn't make the brackets
That's what I think, it's all about the Benjamin's.
While we had a really bad loss today, if MTSU or La Salle or Boise St get in over us, something is very very wrong. We should stop trying to schedule good to decent teams in the non conference and just rack up as many wins against cupcakes as possible.
I don't like Lunardi either, but unless MTSU does their own version of a tourney cave to pressure (and they did so in their own tourney), them at their best, this year, beats us the way we played today or yesterday.
I think we're better than LaSalle, St. Mary's, and a handful of other teams he has in, but I'm awfully afraid the selection committee will agree with him. We better be rooting hard for all the other bubble teams to get hammered in any remaining games, if we are to have any legit chance of avoiding the shaft.
EDIT: What P.O.'s me the most about Lunardi's, ahem, personal opinion, is that he only thinks FL and Mizzou are good enough, and that KY gets in based on the name on their jersey. In other words, he just thinks the SEC stinks and only really deserves to get 2 teams in, but KY will benefit from their name. My fear is that this is the national perception, and that perception often counts more than hard stats like schedule strength or RPI.

"Bravely taking to his feet, he beat a very brave retreat." Sir Robin's Minstrels.
I wish Paulk would have waited until after this game to cheer me up.
That's what I'm afraid of. Maybe we'll get lucky and have some of the other pieces fall our way, but I'm not going to hold our breath.
On the bright side, HOW ABOUT THAT RECRUITING!
"Give him six" "We don't give a damn about the whole state of Alabama" "Grit N Grind"
Your team. All the time.

If we won we would probably have secured a definite spot in the NCAA tournament, oh well. Lets hope selection Sunday will be lucky to us.
Do other teams wins help at this point? Say for instance if Georgetown beats Syracuse does that help or is our resume already done and only affected by sleeper teams?
Yes....you need to root for all of the out of conference teams we played. Root for Georgetown to win the Big East.
On another note, as someone mentioned today on the radio....if we would have beaten Georgetown this wouldnt even be a discussion. We would be comfortably in the dance.
SOMEONE ANYONE TELL ME WHY TENNESSEE SHOULDN'T GET IN
