Seems he has informed the Gamecock staff that he won't return next year, opting to declare for the draft.
Good luck Marcus.
Don't blame him at all, no chance in taking a risk
I agree..after 2 serious injuries in 2 years, it's time to move into pay for play arena.
Won't go in the first 3 or 4 rounds. He won't even be available to play in 2013. I wish him the best though
Maybe not, but it didn't hurt Willis long term
Is his stock that much below what Willis McGhee's was? Mcgahee's injury was much the same tearing all his knee ligaments. He did it in he 2003 fiesta bowl and still entered the 2003 draft and was picked 23rd overall. What makes Marcus so much different?
I agree. I do wish him the best of luck. Marcus is the epitome of class.
Is he doing well? I assume he has already had surgery, so he should be 3 weeks into rehab I guess. Wish him the best!
I hope he can get healthy and excel in the NFL. I wish him all the best.
Frank Gore hasn't been hampered by his dual ACL tears either. I think the doctors are getting better at repairing injuries (see Adrian Peterson, Terrell Suggs) and Marcus will go sooner than expected.
Great runner with tremendous vision , wish him a speedy recovery and great pro career.
Hope he has a long and successful NFL career. Kid's a winner.
BUTCH IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. GO VOLS!
really nice to hear you guys pull for ML21.......
ML was fun for anyone to watch. I'm sure y'all would do the same for us...
I wish nothing but good luck to that young man and I hope to see him run in the NFL like he did in the SEC.
