Not the classiest question to ask, I know, but damn.
Female TV reporters are almost always hot. That helps them get their jobs.
If they were ugly nobody would watch them...
We men tend to be pigs, and everyone knows it, so why not use it for ratings? It's a business, after all.
But I will say this. I do think people tend to give Heaher Harrington too hard a time, though, and I kinda feel sorry for her. She's smarter than Mickey (Smoke 'em if ya got 'em!) Dearstone, for Pete's sake, but has to put up with all kinds of jokes from UT fans about her being dumb or easy or both, and she's not either.
I think the majority of it is for no other reason than she's really attractive. People just seem to like to take pot-shots at her for some reason. And I promise you, I'm not cutting her slack just because of her looks, either. There are few things in the world I hate more than stupid, incompetent people who made it on looks alone. Have her looks been an asset in some form or fashion? I'm sure they have. But is she what she's portrayed as being by some? No way.
No, she's not Michelle Tafoya or some other really smart, really skilled female sports reporter, but for local media in a small market like K'town, she does a very good job of offering a different perspective.

This thread seems like the appropriate place for me to mention that I haven't shaved since October and haven't really slept since November.

Time for a full body fade...
Definitely not the mental image I wanted.
Get some sleep though. It's time.
That's great, Wes. The Redhead obviously puts up with a lot.
I thought it went without saying that the hot female reporters were drawn to Rucker's musky pheromones as much as the press conference.
Yet amazingly annoying...
