My dad happened to sit next to him on a flight back from Florida this afternoon, and he told my dad he's having his ACL surgery tomorrow. Here's to a speedy recovery. We need him healthy.
Also, to make the flight even more interesting, Albert Haynesworth was sitting a couple of rows ahead of them.

I would be afraid to be on a plane with big Al
Kinda surprised at that. Thught it would've been a couple months ago. Hope he's ready to go in September.
My thoughts exactly
That was my thought. Ideally, wouldn't you want him healthy for spring practice to learn yet another new defense?
Something is up with the plane seating. Either Maggitt was sitting in first class (red flag alert) or Haynesworth was in coach.
Think Albert burned through all that money already?!
Haynesworth was in front of them.
I downvoted Nova by accident, somebody offset me.
W/R/K, I would love to know the reason why they delayed his ACL surgery until January. Any thoughts?
"Prehabbing" is definitely being emphasized in these types of injuries, but I would guess it had to be a combination of the prehabbing period, the holiday timing, and it sounded from what my dad said like he had some sort of procedure on his toe as well. They must have decided to do that first and then move to the knee.
Yeah, I read that wrong. My fault. Good post. +1
Makes sense. Thanks. +1
Last I heard, Al owed Mr. Clayton a big chunk of change.

Gotcha. He's at +3 now.
Maybe Al bought 2 seats in coach?
I don't doubt that he has burned through most of that guaranteed money.
