Coach Dooley is a lawyer. He'll get to the bottom of this. If I've learned one thing in my career, it's to gather all the facts before forming an opinion.
"Count it down with me. Five, four, three, two, one.
The national champion is clad in Big Orange!"
GO BIG ORANGE!!!
First off, everyone seems to forget this incident occurred DAYS ago. Now if this was as serious of an incident as everyone is making it out to be, don't you think you would have HEARD about it days ago? There were no arrests, no charges filed, therefore I'd say that while Bray's reputation may have taken a hit, I doubt we will see any suspension.
THAT SAID...the information itself is most damning. Dooley is now faced with the task of saving face. How does he explain suspending/not suspending Bray for NC State game? Perhaps if Bray's roommates take the fall, which appears to be a possibility, according to Rucker.
Bottom line: there is no hard evidence out there yet and the law is not involved. All it is are some scattered facts involving a big name QB. My guess, no suspensions, Dooley calms the fire and roommates get a spanking.

So Bray is going to pay for the damage and no charges. He might be running a lot though and his pockets will be lighter.
