Hey guys. Just had a curiosity question about road games. My question was sparked by my husband's comment on the 9pm start-time in Starkville next week. He made the comment that it is so late, and could be tough on the visiting team in games like this, because they have to kill so much time on Saturday before the game. I thought that was a good point. Just was wondering if you had any ideas as to what the team does to pass that much time, especially on the road?
They probably just start game day preperations later and may not go to the venue as soon.
I think that sounds logical, but it just seems like it would be hard to keep them from getting sluggish with all of that down time..... I'm sure they probably let them sleep later....
I'm right there with you.. Even if you nap or sleep late, you will feel sluggish
It shouldn't be a problem a friend of mine played for ut and was a walk on but on games like that you just sleep till ten and then you wake up and have a team meal they shouldn't come out sluggish especially this team
So what would a typical Game day be like in the hours leading up to the game? Especially for a night game on the road?
