I'm not familiar with all the recruting violations but can a head coach take a recruit to dinner? Seen where Richt was taking Bellamy to dinner. Just wanted to hear y'all's thoughts.

When my son went to LSU last year on a UnOfficial visit, they had a Buffet set up and it was like 15.00 a person and they give you an arm band and then we had to fill out paperwork for the NCAA and LSU because we stayed overnite. We had to pay everything out of our own pockets and sign paperwork to back it up.
I had to do the exact same thing at Vandy. I ate there at their cafeteria and had to pay for it (which I didn't mind at all) but they take that stuff very seriously.
Is it not paid for during official visits? Sorry, my mediocre understanding of official vs unofficial was that on an official, basically everything that directly related to the visit (food, travel, room) was paid for.
Right official everything is paid for. Unofficial everything is on your tab, and I mean EVERYTHING
Aman to that!! That's why we have to be very selective where we are able to visit....And to attend some of these college camps it's like ridiculously over priced and then some are actually affordable? It's really really hard on the Blue-Collar man but we do the best we can when we can.....lol
Mark Richt has lost control of Bellamy's digestive tract
