Have always gotten to the O&W game right about 20 minutes before kickoff. Does anyone tailgate for it or is that just me trying to create an excuse to play beer pong and corn hole?
Rock On Rocky Top....
The only excuse needed for playing beer pong is that the beer will go bad if someone doesn't drink it.
I was planning on tailgating with my old man up by the main library.
Near Hess Hall?
Your team. All the time.
Yup, that is usually where we've parked over the past 10-12 years or so.
I was wondering the same thing. Got stuck coming down here on my lonesome for this job interview so I might be looking to meet some GV247 guys this weekend! I'd love finding some of y'all pregame
If you can bring down some 3 Floyd's Dreadnaught, Black Sun, or Dark Lord, I'll gladly break into my beer cellar for something you haven't had.
I tried to get something going but wasnt much interest I'll check the board Saturday and see if something came together
Haha dang I wish I had said something sooner I'm already in Knoxville or that would have been as good as done!
I'm thinking about parking top on top of G-10 and doing some tailgating? Anyone else got plans.. Taking my Indiana wife to Neyland for the first time... I need to make a good impression
follow me on twitter: WESinTN
I'll go ahead and pin this at the top and you guys can have tonight, tomorrow and possibly early, early Saturday to get something organized. That work?
I'm just going to act like we've never been down before and go sit on the deck at Calhoun's. Usually tailgate behind the baseball field, but being lazy this time. It always ends up being a nice time out on the deck anyway.
Bummer. For future reference though, the offer stands for the rest of the home games as well!
I plan on tailgating but I don't know if great first impressions and/or a family atmosphere will be found there as I plan on a beautiful day for day drinking and corn hole. I love UT football!
I normally do my "night before the game drinking" at the holiday inn bar until the bar keep kicks us out. Then Saturday its all about the wife and kids. Is anyone is staying at the H.I on Henley street?
Well, I'm moving back down to Knoxville for the summer so I'll be sure to bring some next time!
Planning on getting down there tonight around 7:30-8:00. Staying in Alcoa. Probably will hit up Dead End BBQ for a late supper. Tomorrow all signees and families are supposed to meet at the football complex at 10:00 for a grill out. Don't know if they have anything planned for us after that. We don't know squat about tailgating at UT, hope we have time to walk around and check it out. It would be great to get to meet some of you guys.
You can be like a doctor and look at it... you can be like a lawyer and talk about it... or you can be like a farmer and plow right into it.
OK, where you guys talking about. Actually not that familiar with the campus. Guess I'm going to have to refer to a campus map!

I am Knoxville bound! Let us know where!
I think I've made the decision to TRY and park by Ness Hall, as some of you have said you were going to.
