Another bump. I love love love this. As a coach, a dad, and just someone that hates that kids have cancer.
My wife and I give a lot to kids with cancer. I have a tremendous heart for those kids. They just don't deserve it.
Some cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go.
I work at a st judes affiliate and see kids with cancer daily and it inspires me and breaks my heart at the same time. Those kids are the best patients ever. I pray for them and their parents as I could not imagine my child going through something like that. I pray that all these players and others across the nation that are doing similar things for special kids have a blessed and awesome season.

Your team. All the time.
You know...I think it would be great if every sports team did this...I mean football, basketball, baseball, etc...sad to say most will say that it takes to much time, money, energy, or other excuse, I can spare it if it makes a hurting child happy!
I hadn't thought of putting a kid in a football uniform and doing that for him before. I may just coach youth ball, but if I can pull it off in the future, I certainly will...and I'll look for opportunities to do it, too.
Great job. My heart always goes out to the child and parents who is going through something like that.
I feel like the NCAA will probably investigate this to see if it will give them an advantage in recruiting... that said, I saw this the other day and couldn't help but tear up. Good on them.
